Geoff Duern has been Varsity’s Customer Service and Analytics Manager since 2007.

His responsibilities include managing the Customer Support Center for Varsity and its affiliate company, System 1 Inc.  He is responsible for implementation, administration and continuing development of Varsity’s Salesforce CRM system as well as managing other corporate software and web development programs.  Geoff also manages Varsity’s quality assurance system, including database administration and continual development. He also serves as Varsity’s corporate liaison for NetSupply ordering system.

Geoff is responsible in providing business analytics and reporting support to Varsity’s executive management.

Geoff’s work experience prior to joining Varsity includes Sales, Billing, Payroll, Logistics, Steel Manufacturing, Residential Construction (he owned his own construction company), Teaching (Post-Secondary Education), as well as IT administration.

Geoff is Lean Sigma Green Belt certified and holds an Honours degree in Business from Redeemer College University and an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
