After several generations of strategic sourcing, the customer was looking for ways to create value from its house services in janitorial, pest control, landscaping and snow removal operations. Multiple iterations of strategic sourcing had reached a point of diminishing returns. Cost had been lowered, but the customer was still looking for greater quality, consistency and reliability across its national footprint.
