In his position over the East Region, Brian oversees Business Development, Financial Analysis and Forecasting, Process Mapping and Management, Personnel Development and Risk Management among other things. One of his responsibilities requires him to make annual budget recommendations on behalf of a 32 million sq. ft. national customer, refining the scope of work requirements, resulting in over $750,000 annual savings to the customer.
He has successfully achieved budget management to within 2% for three consecutive years.
Brian regularly conducts risk training and oversees mitigation which has resulted in a 20-35% decrease in the number of Incidents and Outages nationwide, with no outages for 4 consecutive years. The previous average was 2 Outages per year.
Brian led the operational initiative to provide ‘just in time’ floor work for a national customer, resulting in an 8% savings; nearly $1 million annually. He led a cross-functional team in developing a more succinct and manageable snow and ice removal program, resulting in 11% average annual savings (nearly $700K), at the same time capturing operational data for landscape and snow removal services, allowing the customer the ability to benchmark operations against national and industry indices.
Prior to his current position, Brian was the Regional Manager over the Southwest Region for Varsity.
Prior to his work at Varsity, Brian was Regional Facilities Manager, Director, then General Manager of Net-Work Services Company, L.C.
Brian is IICRC Certified (Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, and Upholstery Cleaning). He has a BS in Finance from Regis University, Denver, CO. and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends golfing, skiing and wakeboarding.
