Rob Ridge | Vice President Western Region | Varsity Facility Services
Rob Ridge reports directly to the President/CEO, Eric Luke. As a Regional Vice President, Rob is responsible for overseeing operations and customer relations for the Western region.
Prior to his current role, Rob’s primary focus was National Contract Management. Starting as a Regional Manager for Varsity in 2001, he eventually took over management of operations for a $30 million annual telecommunications account.
Nearly 20 years of business experience and business ownership with emphasis on Facility Management has put him in a position to help support Varsity in business management and guidance for National Accounts. He has much experience in developing, writing, and instituting new standard operating procedures. Rob is also a licensed General Contractor with experience in both the Residential and Commercial building sectors. But his real desire is to meet the needs of the customer. His best asset is the customer/ client relationship and being able to see and understand their needs.
Rob has a significant background in music, enjoys golfing and landscaping.
He and his wife Amy have been married for a wonderful 23 years. They have 2 children Kyler in college and Kallie a senior in high school.
